There’s so much more to the startup of a SMSF than just buying a trust deed. The establishment process is the time where we have the greatest amount of interaction with clients. We pride ourselves on walking through the entire set up process and provide guidance and support throughout establishment right up to the first asset purchase.
We believe it is so important that clients receive quality financial advice to determine if an SMSF is right for them – we never establish an SMSF without advice being given.
As soon as financial advice has been provided, we will proceed and action the following steps:
Fund establishment and registration including creation of ABN and TFN, trust deed, member applications, trustee declarations and relevant minutes.
Creation of special purpose corporate trustee company and compilation of company documents, including constitution, minutes and resolutions.
Review and check all paperwork has been correctly signed and dated.
Electronic copies of all documents to be sent to key stakeholders such as bank managers, mort-gage brokers or auditors.
Facilitation with opening a SMSF bank account.
Facilitation of partial or full rollovers.
